Artists & Photographers

We are currently accepting submissions of original artwork and photographs work to be included in our gallery. All submissions of your original work must follow our terms and conditions guidelines in order to be included.

Terms and Conditions:

1. All artwork or photographic submissions must be your original work. You must own the copyright to any and all artwork or photographs submitted. In addition any artwork or photographs that contain people that are distinguishable must have a proper release signed and in your possession. Yeteasy, LLC assumes no liability or responsibility for any infringements created by you. You agree that any infringements on copyright violations will hold Yeteasy, LLC and any other affiliates or subsidiaries harmless.
2. You may submit as many pieces of artwork or photographs as you wish. Any or all submissions do not constitute being included. Yeteasy will select what it feels are the best from all submissions and ultimately pick those that are to be included. If your artwork or photographs are selected you will be compensated. (See compensation below)
3. Yeteasy reserves the right to exclude any artwork or photographs that it feels is distasteful for any reason whatsoever.
4. Prohibited artwork or photographs include nudity, pornographic, hateful, discriminating and anything depicting any unlawful or threatening act.

Compensation:

Artwork or photographs used in our gallery are sole on three different levels and compensated as follows:

1. Retail: The selling price less the wholesale price at a commission of 60% to you for each sale.
   Example: Artwork or prints sell for $ 20.00 retail less wholesale price of $ 6.00 = profit of $ 14.00. You will receive 60% of the profit which in this case would be $ 8.40 for each print sold.
2. Dealers: We sell to frame shops and other retail businesses that are considered dealers at a discounted price equal to 50% of the retail. You're compensation is 60% of the profit.
   Example: Retail price of $ 20.00 would sell to a dealer for $ 10.00 less the wholesale price of $ 6.00 = profit of $ 4.00. You will receive 60% of the profit which in this case would be $ 2.40 for each print sold.
3. Wholesale: Wholesale pricing is made available to you for resale of your prints in art sidewalk sales or any other market you wish. Note: You may purchase other artist or photographer prints for resale at dealer pricing.

We provide all traffic to the our site, generate you're products including sizing you're images, collect the payments from purchases securly using visa or master card, print the final product and ship to the customer. We also include your prints and artwork in Google's Shopping search engine for increased sales.

How to submit and upload your photographs.

You must be registered to upload photographs to be considered for our gallery or publications. You may upload as many photographs or artwork as you wish.

Upload Sizes: Most images taken with digital cameras will work fine. The bigger the images the better. We are looking for high resolution images that we will capture from your submissions.

Watermarks: We provide a generic watermark on all images placed for submission. We would ask that you do not use a watermark since it will cause a possible unnecessary delay in using your images if you are selected. All images placed for submission are right click protected from being downloaded with the exclusion of the thumbnail which is automatically generated to a size that is of no use to plagiarizer.

After you have Registered:

1. Log in
2. Use the main category called Images of America
3. Upload your photographs into related states sub-categories

If one or more of your photographs are selected to be included in our gallery or publications you will be notified.

* Images in our gallery, except for the thumbnails, are blocked from being downloaded in addition to having our watermark for your protection.
